					<description>I think the key word here is talent — get it where you can. Even better if it is right under your nose. I don't think agency employees (large or small) should be banned from appearing in commercials for clients any more than I think I should be banned from winning a trip to Aruba that I enter at a Mall because my second cousin's husband works for a subsidiary of the company that is sponsoring the giveaway.</description>
